Julia Ford

Julia Ford has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources. Julia is currently working as a Human Resources Manager at the Education Centre of Australia since October 2021. Prior to this, they served as a Human Resources Manager at Kent Institute Australia from July 2020 to October 2021.

Julia also has experience as a Workforce Transition Coordinator at AMP from April 2020 to July 2020. Before that, they worked as a Recruitment Coordinator at Pinnacle People Australia from August 2019 to April 2020.

Their earlier experience includes working as an HR Business Partner at Multigrain from June 2013 to November 2016. In this role, they handled various responsibilities such as recruitment, performance evaluation, training and development, management of HR policies, and organizational culture management.

Julia's career began with roles as a Human Resources Coordinator and HR Intern at AES from January 2011 to December 2012 and March 2009 to December 2010, respectively. Julia also worked as an Intern at Citi in 2008.

Julia Ford pursued their education with a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Universidade Paulista from 2007 to 2010. Julia then went on to obtain a Master's degree in Human Resource Management from BSP - Business School São Paulo, studying from 2013 to 2014. Afterward, Julia attended Australian Pacific College and completed a Diploma of Human Resources from 2017 to 2018, followed by a Diploma of Leadership and Management from 2018 to 2019.

In addition to their formal education, Julia Ford also obtained a certification in International Certification PPA (Personal Profile Analysis) - DISC Methodology from Thomas International in November 2015.
