Ben Shelton is an accomplished culinary professional with extensive experience in the pastry arts. Currently serving as the Executive Pastry Chef at Greensboro Country Club since April 2018, Ben has also held roles as a Culinary Instructor and Program Director for Culinary and Pastry Arts at Virginia College. Notably recognized as the US Pastry Chef of the Year in 2013, Ben has a strong background in pastry and culinary education, having completed a Bachelor's degree in Restaurant/Food Services Management and two Associate's degrees in Baking and Pastry Arts and Culinary Arts from Johnson & Wales University. Prior experience includes working as an Assistant Pastry Chef at PreGel AMERICA.
