Andrea Flores is an education designer at Education Design Lab. Andrea has extensive experience in instructional design, development, and language translation of content, assessments, and learning assets. Andrea has also Liaised and coordinated with high-level stakeholders both internationally and domestically for the FXBVillage Online Toolkit. In addition, they have also managed all phases of course development for faculty and course production team for Harvard’s first blended Masters of Public Health Degree in Epidemiology.

Andrea Flores has a Master of Education from Harvard Graduate School of Education in Educational/Instructional Technology. Andrea also has a B.S. from Washington University in St. Louis in Mechanical Engineering/Spanish and a CELTA certificate from the University of Cambridge ESOL Examinations in Teaching English as a Second or Foreign Language/ESL Language Instructor. Andrea is also certified by McKinsey & Company in Business Strategy, McKinsey Management Program, Team Management, Problem Solving, and Communicating for Impact. Andrea is also a Certified Practitioner of Human-Centered Design from the LUMA Institute and has a certification in Human-Computer Interaction from Coursera.
