Courtney Bell

Courtney Bell is an accomplished Learning Experience Designer with extensive experience in instructional design and human-centered design. Currently serving as a Learning Experience Designer at Education Design Lab since January 2023, Courtney has also worked as an Independent Contractor since August 2020. Previous roles include Senior Learning Experience Designer at IDEO U, where design and prototype iterations for a new learning product were spearheaded, and Senior Instructional Designer at the University of Colorado Anschutz Medical Campus. Courtney has a strong background in developing training courses and supporting diverse educational initiatives, with experience across multiple organizations including Stanford Clinical Science and the University of Northern Colorado. Courtney holds a Master of Arts in Learning Design and Technology and a Graduate Certificate in Human-Centered Design from the University of Colorado Denver, along with a Master's in Public Health and a Bachelor's in Psychology.
