Diana Wogan has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Diana started their career in 2005 as the Political Director and Campaign Manager for Friends of Josh Shapiro, where they successfully managed a reelection campaign. From 2006 to 2008, they served as the Senior Advisor for Policy and Outreach for State Rep. Josh Shapiro, where they provided guidance on statewide legislation and managed local media relations. In 2009, they joined the Massachusetts House of Representatives as the Research Director for the Joint Committee on Education, analyzing education-related legislation and drafting policies. In 2012, they became the Expanded Learning Time Project Manager for Boston Public Schools, focusing on improving implementation of expanded learning time and securing grants for the project. Currently, they hold the position of Project Director at the Education Development Center (EDC), starting in 2015.
Diana Wogan completed the Education Policy Fellowship Program at the Institute for Educational Leadership in 2017. Diana holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from the University of Michigan. Additionally, they pursued a Master of Arts degree in Political Science and Government at Northeastern University.
