Kristen Reed has a solid work experience in the education field. Kristen started their career as a 4th/5th grade teacher at Boston Public Schools in 2000 and worked there until 2003. Kristen then joined EDC (Education Development Center) and held various roles in research and project management. Kristen'sroles at EDC include Research Associate from 2003 to 2008, Senior Research Associate from 2008 to 2012, Research Scientist from 2012 to 2017, and Senior Project Manager from 2017 to 2021. Kristen also served as a member of the Teaching Young Children (TYC) Editorial Advisory Board for the National Association for the Education of Young Children (NAEYC) in November 2017.
