Sheila Briggs has an extensive background in education, ranging from teaching kindergarten to leading as an Assistant State Superintendent. With a Doctorate in Education Leadership and Policy Analysis, Sheila currently serves as a Principal at Education First Consulting, where Sheila focuses on creating equitable and inclusive education initiatives. Sheila also teaches as an Adjunct Instructor at the University of Wisconsin-Madison, sharing their expertise with aspiring principals. Throughout their career, Sheila has demonstrated a strong commitment to improving education outcomes for students and supporting educators in their professional growth.
