Osvaldo F. Torres

Osvaldo is the Founder and Managing Partner of Torres Law P.A. Osvaldo F. Torres, Esq. and his firm serves as EFA’s corporate and securities attorney.

Mr. Torres has over 25 years of corporate and securities law experience and is considered one of the top five securities attorneys in the EB-5 industry. He is a frequent speaker at industry conferences and events.

Mr. Torres’ extensive experience qualifies him to handle a wide variety of challenging securities matters. One of their professional services is to help prepare offering documents for investment in the EB-5 projects and ensure the deals are in compliance with all United States securities laws.

In addition to his practice, Mr. Torres also serves his community as the Secretary of the Weston Bar Association and a member of the American Bar Association Corporate Governance Committee.
