Carla Williams currently serves as the Executive Assistant to the CEO at Education Leaders of Color since November 2021. Prior to this, Carla held the position of Administrative Assistant II at Morgan State University from August 2019 to November 2021, where responsibilities included managing the Dean's calendar, assisting with research grant materials, developing online room reservation systems, and organizing faculty meetings. Carla's experience also includes working as an Administrative Assistant in the Undergraduate Studies Department at the Maryland Institute College of Art from May 2016 to August 2019, where duties involved administrative support, budget management, and office operations. Earlier roles include positions at the Maryland Institute College of Art and Johns Hopkins University as an Administrative Assistant and Animal Services Coordinator, respectively. Carla holds a Bachelor of Science in Health/Health Care Administration/Management from Morgan State University.
