Shanita Rapatalo

Shanita Rapatalo is an accomplished educational professional currently serving as a Senior Manager at TNTP and a member of Education Leaders of Color. As a National Consultant for The Rapatalo Group, LLC, Shanita specializes in literacy, diversity, equity, and inclusion, providing expertise as an instructional thought partner and content facilitator. With significant experience in K-12 education, Shanita has held various roles, including ELA Lead Facilitator/Coach at UnboundEd and Instructional Coach at the NYC Department of Education. Educational credentials include a Master’s degree in Curriculum and Instruction and a Certificate in Educational Administration and Supervision from Fordham University, along with a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Trinity College. Shanita is actively engaged in consulting for multiple educational organizations and has previously collaborated with numerous schools and educational initiatives across the United States.
