Kenneth Willm has extensive work experience in various technology support roles. Kenneth started their career in 2011 as an Assistant Supervisor at Carsmetics Expert Accident Repair, where they worked until 2013. From 2013 to 2015, Kenneth worked as a CSSC at One Touch Direct. Kenneth then joined Convergys in 2015 as a Professional Helpdesk Server Tech Support. In 2016, they moved to Oki Data Americas, Inc. as a Tech Support specialist. Kenneth joined Education Management Solutions in 2017 as a Helpdesk Analyst. Most recently, they have worked at TransCore since 2021, initially as a Systems Analyst and later promoted to System Analyst.

Kenneth Willm obtained an Associate's degree in Information Technology from Keiser College, which they attended from 2013 to 2014. In addition to their degree, they also obtained several certifications in various areas of technology. In October 2014, Kenneth obtained certifications in MTA Networking, MTA Security, MTA Server, and MTA Windows OS from Microsoft. Kenneth also obtained a Cloud certification from Rackspace, the #1 managed cloud company, and a Strata Fundamentals certification from CompTIA, both in August 2014.
