Caitlyn Brown has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and companies. Caitlyn started their career at the Discovery Center at Murfree Spring in 2010, where they held positions such as Education Specialist & Weekend Supervisor, Scheduling Coordinator and Executive Assistant to the CEO, and Director of Philanthropy. In these roles, Caitlyn supervised staff, coordinated events, managed communication between different stakeholders, and implemented various educational programs. Caitlyn then joined ENA by Zayo in 2018 and took on roles including Customer Engagement Specialist, Customer Success Manager, Senior Customer Success Manager, and currently, Product Manager. In their current role, Caitlyn works with school districts to leverage learning analytics technology for improved student outcomes. Overall, Caitlyn's work experience demonstrates their versatility, leadership, and commitment to education and customer success.

Caitlyn Brown started their education journey in 2006, where they attended the University of Evansville. Caitlyn pursued a Bachelor's Degree in History and completed their studies in 2010. Following this, Caitlyn went on to further advance their education by enrolling at Lipscomb University in 2013. Caitlyn successfully completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree, specializing in Non-Profit/Public/Organizational Management, in 2015.
