Colleen Hoy has an extensive work experience in various roles and industries.
Starting in 2008, they worked as a Development & Placement Coordinator at LEADERSHIP Philadelphia until 2010.
In 2011, they took on the role of Project Manager at Shalom Foundation, where they conducted an internship to investigate housing solutions in Guatemala City.
