Brett Hall has a diverse range of work experience. Brett is currently a Podcaster, producing podcasts with Naval Ravikant on various topics. Brett has also worked as a Technical Advisor for Ravikant Capital. Prior to this, Hall had their own podcast called ToKCast. Brett has also worked as a Science Content Auditor for Education Perfect.

During this time, in 2013, they enrolled at Macquarie University for a Postgraduate Certificate in Geoscience, although this program remained incomplete.
