Policy and Assessment

The Policy and Assessment team at EQAO is responsible for developing and implementing policies that enhance the quality of educational assessments in Ontario. This team conducts research and analysis to ensure assessments are equitable and effective, collaborates on psychometric methodologies to validate assessment tools, and provides guidance to enhance understanding and use of assessment data among stakeholders. Through their work, they strive to improve student learning outcomes across the province.
