Francine Halushka Katz

As Senior Vice President and General Counsel, Francine Halushka Katz is responsible for providing ECFMG|FAIMER with effective legal advice on business issues and company strategies. She provides counsel on a variety of legal topics including corporate governance, litigation, compliance, regulatory requirements, privacy regulations, immigration matters, employment concerns, and applicant issues.

The legal department also drafts and negotiates contracts and writes policies. Ms. Katz works closely with her counterparts within the House of Medicine to tackle common issues of graduate medical education.

Ms. Katz has extensive experience in the health care and life sciences sectors in both non-profit and for-profit environments. Before joining ECFMG|FAIMER in 2018, Ms. Katz served as Senior Attorney with Axiom Law—Life Sciences Group, NY.
