Alicia Jacob

Alicia Jacob, PhD, currently serves as Assistant Superintendent at Educational Service District 105, focusing on equity-centered, personalized learning initiatives. As an educational consultant at AMJ Consulting since 2020, Alicia supports diversity efforts in the educational workforce and engages in program evaluation to enhance accessibility. From 2021 to 2024, Alicia was the Executive Director of Student Learning at Selah School District 119. Prior experience includes roles at Yakima School District #7, where Alicia was Assistant Superintendent of Teaching and Learning, and earlier positions in assessment and teaching across various school districts. Alicia holds a PhD in Educational Psychology from Washington State University, along with an M.A. in Mathematics and a B.S. in Mathematics from Central Washington University and Washington State University, respectively.
