Cynthia Billotte is an experienced educator and writer with a strong background in Spanish language teaching and health and wellness content creation. Currently serving as a Substitute Teacher at ESI since May 2024, Cynthia has also held positions such as Spanish Teacher at Tempe Union High School District and Lead Preschool Teacher at Valley Unitarian Universalist Congregation. In addition to teaching, Cynthia has been a writer since 2014, focusing on topics like meal planning, nutrition, mental health, and motherhood.
