Jessica Andrews-Todd

Jessica Andrews-Todd is a Managing Senior Research Scientist at ETS, where Jessica has worked since 2014, progressing through roles including Senior Research Scientist, Research Scientist, Associate Research Scientist, and Postdoctoral Fellow. In addition, Jessica serves as an Adjunct Professor in the Department of Psychology and Political Science at Eastern New Mexico University since January 2023. Jessica's academic journey includes being a Ph.D. Candidate in Learning Sciences at Northwestern University from 2009 to 2014, where Jessica also contributed as a Graduate Researcher in the Reading Comprehension Laboratory and as a Graduate Teaching Assistant for a course on Identity and Motivation. Jessica holds a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Learning Sciences from Northwestern University and a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Elementary Education from Winston-Salem State University.
