Jon Nielsen has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Jon started their career as the Director of Interactive Media at CSI Multimedia, where they created and managed the interactive media production department. Jon then moved on to become the Co-Founder and CTO of Paramax Productions, where they designed and developed a CRM/Incentive management system.

Throughout their career, Jon has held multiple positions at IPKeys Technologies, including Senior Mobile/Training Developer, Content Director, Design Lead, and Team Lead/Creative Director. Jon was responsible for managing design departments, shaping product design and development, and exploring new markets and opportunities.

Jon also worked at Zeta Interactive as an Interactive Developer, where they led the development of web-based games, tools, and mobile applications. Jon then joined ETS, where they served as the Lead Technical Integrator, Principal Research User Specialist, and Product Owner. In these roles, they were responsible for project management, design and development of assessment platforms, and communication with stakeholders.

Jon's most recent role was as the Director of Technology at MediSolutions Group, where they were involved in the product and application architecture for medical training platforms, as well as VR and AR product development.

Additionally, Jon has experience as an Adjunct Professor at Monmouth University, where they created and taught a Multimedia Design course.
