Ratnesh Kumar Jha

Ratnesh Kumar Jha is a seasoned leader in the global education sector, currently serving as General Manager for the Institutional Segment at ETS, recognized as the largest assessment organization worldwide. With extensive experience spanning over two decades, Ratnesh has held key leadership roles including Board Chair at Edusoft Ltd., Chief Executive Officer at Burlington English, and Managing Director for South Asia at Cambridge University Press. Previous to these roles, leadership capabilities were demonstrated at Educomp, Citi, GE Capital, Reliance Communications, and Vodafone, where operational excellence and strategic innovation were pivotal in driving growth and managing diverse teams. Academically, Ratnesh holds a Master of Arts from the University of Cambridge and an MBA from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management, alongside a Master's in Humanities from Jawaharlal Nehru University.
