Ruby Chan

Ruby Chan has over 30 years of work experience, primarily at ETS and Educational Testing Service (ETS). Ruby began their career with ETS in 1988 as a Staff Associate and later served as Director Division Support from 2002 to 2012. In 2013, Ruby was promoted to Executive Director at ETS before assuming their current role as Associate Vice President in April 2022.

Ruby Chan completed a post-graduate program in Gestalt Organization and Systems Development from 2010 to 2012. Ruby holds an MBA degree in Finance from Rider University, and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Management and Organizational Behavior, also from Rider University. Ruby also has a certification in Six Sigma Green Belt.
