Vincent Logiudice

Vincent LoGiudice, CCP, CBP, GRP, currently serves as Executive Director and Head of Global Total Rewards at ETS, overseeing global total rewards strategies across 25 subsidiaries since 2021. Previously, during tenure at Wiley, Vincent led the implementation of a $50M benefits program for the Americas and was the Global Compensation Lead for the Education Publishing Business Segment. At EmblemHealth, Vincent held dual roles as Senior Strategic HR Business Leader and Director of Compensation, enhancing compensation frameworks and HR operations for 1,000 employees. Vincent also directed global compensation programs at Scholastic and market-based compensation initiatives at Empire BlueCross BlueShield, with earlier experience as Director of Total Rewards at Applied Graphics Technologies and Manager of Compensation at ITOCHU International Inc. Vincent holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Human Resources Management from Baruch College.
