Tara Droz

Tara Droz is currently the Operations Manager at EducationSuperHighway. Tara has held this position since August of 2020. Prior to that, they worked as an Executive Assistant at EducationSuperHighway from August 2018 to August 2020. From April 2018 to August 2018, Tara worked as a Recruiting Coordinator (Contract) at Twitter. From August 2017 to April 2018, they were an Executive Assistant at RBC Wealth Management. Tara began their career at RBC Wealth Management in June of 2013 as a Registered Client Associate. Tara held that position until December of 2016 when they left to pursue other opportunities.

Tara Droz has a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Communication from California State University, Fresno. Tara also has certification from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI in Associate Professional in Human Resources (aPHR) and certification from the Human Capital Institute (HCI) in Human Capital Strategist.
