Acipd Ayla Amir

Ayla Amir has over seven years of experience in various human resources roles. Ayla currently works as a Talent Management Leader at Educative, Inc. since August 2022. Prior to that, they were an Associate Manager Talent Acquisition at the same company from December 2021 to August 2022. Ayla also served as a Human Resource Specialist - Talent Acquisition at i2c Inc. from September 2020 to December 2021. Ayla was an HR Manager - Talent Management at Abacus Consulting from August 2019 to August 2020. Before that, they worked as an HR Business Partner at Panasian Group from July 2018 to August 2019. Ayla also gained experience in HR roles at Techlogix, where they worked as a Senior Executive HR from October 2017 to July 2018 and as an HR Executive from March 2016 to October 2017. Ayla started their career as a Corporate Communications Intern at AkzoNobel in February 2016. Ayla Amir, ACIPD, completed a Master of Science (MSc) degree in International Human Resource Management and Comparative Industrial Relations CIPD from The University of Manchester in the academic year 2014-2015. Prior to that, they pursued a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Sociology and Anthropology from Lahore University of Management Sciences, which they completed between 2010 and 2014. In addition to their academic qualifications, Ayla also earned a certification titled "Build a Successful Developer Brand" from Educative, Inc. in December 2021.
