Rafaela Silva

Rafaela Silva is an experienced legal professional with a strong background in various aspects of corporate law, legal consulting, and asset management. Currently serving as Head of Legal at Educbank since January 2023, Rafaela previously held roles including Legal Consulting for Credix, General Counsel and Head of NPL and Restructuring at a55, and Asset Manager at Enforce, where responsibilities included managing credit recovery cases and legal strategy development. Rafaela's earlier experience encompasses corporate and civil litigation with Hanna, Mendes, Moura, Charnet Sociedade de Advogados, as well as legal advising during internships at Kerry and Figueiredo & Ferreira Advocacia. Educational qualifications include a postgraduate degree in Civil Procedural Law from Pontifícia Universidade Católica de São Paulo and a Bachelor of Law from Universidade Presbiteriana Mackenzie.
