James Lock has a diverse work experience. James started their career in 2015 as a Marketing Associate at LehmanBrown International Accountants. James was responsible for designing and optimizing the company website and coordinating projects with an international team.
In 2016, they joined Hays as an Associate Consultant, where they recruited for IT projects and managed relationships with clients.
Later in 2016, James moved to RSM UK as a Digital Communications Co-Ordinator and then became a Digital Communications Executive in 2017. James worked on digital marketing and communication projects until February 2020.
In March 2020, James joined Boat International Media as a Performance Marketing & Insights Analyst, where they focused on analyzing marketing data and improving performance.
Currently, since September 2020, James is working as a Digital Marketing Manager at eduMe.
James Lock completed their education with a BA (Hons) in International Business from The Manchester Metropolitan University, where they studied from 2012 to 2016. In 2019, they also earned a Google Certified Digital Marketing Leadership Qualification from Squared Online, specializing in Digital Marketing. Additionally, James received several certifications throughout their educational journey, including being named Top Performing Student in Performance Management for Business from Manchester Metropolitan University in July 2016, Swimmer of the Year from Manchester Metropolitan University Students' Union in September 2013, and AS Business Student of the Year from Exeter College in September 2010.
