Nelly Davcheva has a strong background in customer success, account management, and sales. Nelly currently serves as the Senior Director of Customer Success & Account Management at EduMe, where they lead and scales the customer success, account management, and support functions. Previously, they worked at PathMotion as the Head of Sales, leading the go-to-market team and creating a new business development strategy. Prior to that, Nelly spent 5 years at Glassdoor, starting as an Enterprise Relationship Manager and eventually becoming a Senior Enterprise Account Director, where they managed Glassdoor's strategic client portfolio in EMEA. Nelly also has experience in business development at The Depository Trust & Clearing Corporation and account management at TIM Group, where they successfully established TIM Group's presence in the Nordic market.
Nelly Davcheva attended The Loomis Chaffee School from 2003 to 2006, where they completed their high school education. Following this, they went on to attend Barnard College from 2006 to 2010, earning a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics and Architecture.
