Grégoire CHANTEGREL has worked in a variety of roles since 2010. Grégoire's first job was as an Agent administratif at AGETA Chèques Intermittents in 2010. Grégoire then worked as a Serveur and Livreur at SAYURI SUSHI in 2011, and as a Serveur at LA TAVERNE DE MAITRE KANTER in 2012. In 2012, they Co-créateur d'un restaurant japonais at AYUMI SUSHI, where they also completed a business plan, partie étude de marché and partie financière. Grégoire's innovation was an anti-fraud system that required no installation, no hardware purchase, no paper, and no waste generated.

Grégoire CHANTEGREL obtained a Manager en Ingénierie d'Affaires (MIA) from SUP de V between 2013 and 2016, with a field of study in Techniques de vente et opérations de vente. Grégoire also obtained a BAC+2 DUT gestion administrative et commerciale from UVSQ Université de Versailles Saint-Quentin-en-Yvelines between 2011 and 2013, with a field of study in Comptabilité, management, stratégies des organisations, communication, gestion prévisionnelle. Lastly, they obtained a Bac Sciences techniques de la gestion, spécialité comptabilité finance d'entreprise from Lycée Louis De Broglie between 2008 and 2011, with a field of study in gestion, management, communication, anglais, mathématiques, histoire.
