Sean Kilachand has held a variety of roles in the finance, technology, and education industries. In 2007, they began their career as a Research Analyst at RGT Advisors, a boutique hedge fund. In 2008, they worked as a Marketing Assistant at WNS Global Services, a Business Process Outsourcing firm. The following year, they worked as a Summer Analyst at Citigroup in the Investment Banking and Capital Markets Division. In 2009, they became a Research Analyst at Vanterra Capital, a private equity fund of funds. In 2011, they worked as an Associate Reporter for the Wealth Team at Forbes Magazine, where they conducted financial valuations and published profiles on student entrepreneurs. Sean also worked as an Analyst in the Investment Banking Division at Rodman & Renshaw. In 2015, they became Co-Founder and CEO of EduSynch, an affordable and scalable online testing platform for educational institutions.
Sean Kilachand is currently pursuing a LF2 Fellowship in Entrepreneurship/Entrepreneurial Studies at Latitud. Previously, they earned a BA in Economics and Computer Science from Brandeis University. Sean also attended The Dalton School.
