Marva Hinton

Marva Hinton is an experienced media professional with a strong background in editing, reporting, and podcasting. Currently serving as an Articles Development Editor at Media Source, Inc. since June 2023, Marva edits feature articles and scours for authors, while also contributing as a Contributing Editor for Edutopia since April 2020, managing articles and shaping editorial coverage. Marva hosts the ReadMore Podcast, focusing on interviews with fiction writers, in addition to freelance editing and proofreading academic manuscripts. Previous roles include Contributing Writer for Education Week, Editor for Mango Media Inc., and multiple positions in radio journalism, including Reporter/Producer at WLRN Miami Herald News.
