Bianca Duré Nogueira

Bianca Duré Nogueira is an experienced professional in partner experience and customer success, currently working at Eduzz since April 2018. In the role of Partner Experience/CX, Bianca develops the Partner Program, focusing on enhancing the experience of agencies and digital strategists on the platform through the creation of user journeys, mapping customer touchpoints, and implementing improvement plans. Previously, Bianca served as a Partner Analyst, where the aim was to build a strong community of official partners, and as a Business Acceleration Consultant, assisting clients in improving results through digital marketing. Earlier experience includes roles in marketing at Lifan do Brasil Automotores Ltda, where responsibilities encompassed media buying, workflow management, and financial transaction oversight.
