Lukas Moscoso

Lukas Moscoso is a dedicated political professional with extensive experience in education and campaign management. Currently serving as a Part Time Educator at the Edward M. Kennedy Institute for the United States Senate since November 2022, Lukas has previously worked as a Legislative Intern for Senator John F. Keenan, conducting research and attending legislative briefings. As Deputy Campaign Manager for Emmanuel Dockter’s 2022 campaign, responsibilities included organizing campaign events and volunteer activities. Additional experience encompasses roles as a Teacher's Assistant in American Government at Northeastern University, Minutes Clerk for the Town of Hanson Selectboard, and multiple internships in political campaigns and legal services. Lukas holds a Master of Arts in Political Science and Government from Northeastern University and is currently pursuing a PhD in the same field.
