Dr. Courtney Edwards Randolph

Dr. Courtney Edwards Randolph is an accomplished academic and mental health professional currently serving as an Assistant Professor of Psychology at Edward Waters University since August 2019 and as an Adjunct Professor at Florida State College--Jacksonville since August 2017. Dr. Randolph has extensive experience in clinical counseling, having worked as a Clinical Counselor at the Children's Home Society of Florida and as a Mental Health Therapist at River Point Behavioral Health. Prior teaching roles include adjunct positions at Virginia College and Dade Medical College/University of Southernmost Florida, where curriculum planning and student engagement were key responsibilities. Dr. Randolph holds a PhD in Psychology from Walden University, a Master of Science in Mental Health Counseling from Nova Southeastern University, and has completed undergraduate studies in Fashion/Apparel Design and Textiles and Consumer Science at Florida State University, alongside earning multiple Associate degrees in Fine Arts.
