Kevin Hoff

Kevin Hoff is an accomplished academic in the field of psychology, currently serving as an Assistant Professor of Organizational Psychology at Michigan State University since July 2022. Prior to this role, Kevin held a position as an Assistant Professor of Industrial-Organizational Psychology at the University of Houston from August 2019 to July 2022, where courses such as Personnel Psychology and Research Methods in Behavioral Science were taught. Kevin's teaching experience extends back to instructor roles at the Department of Psychology, where advanced undergraduate and introductory courses were provided, along with contributions at The Career Center and the Information Trust Institute as a research assistant. Kevin earned a Ph.D. in Industrial and Organizational Psychology, a Master’s Degree in Counseling Psychology, and a Bachelor's Degree in Environmental Science, all from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, with additional education at UNSW ongoing since 2011.
