Krystle Sandman

VP, Ancillary Services at Edwards County Medical Center

Krystle Sandman is currently the VP of Ancillary Services at Edwards County Medical Center. Prior to their current position, they worked as an Account Manager for the American Red Cross from June 2011 to April 2016. In this role, they managed blood drive publicity, public relations and community educational programs in over 40 communities. Krystle was also responsible for recruiting new blood drive sponsors and donors to achieve blood collection goals.

From July 2009 to February 2011, Krystle was a Manager in Training at The Buckle, Inc. In this role, they worked with another store manager to develop sales, recruiting, merchandising and leadership experience. Krystle also managed day-to-day operations, including supervising up to 20 employees.

Krystle began their career as a Store Manager at Bath & Body Works in April 2006. In this role, they managed total store level operations including staff hiring, training and scheduling. Krystle also established sales goals, managed budget and devised sales forecast.

Krystle Sandman pursued a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) with a focus in marketing from Fort Hays State University. Krystle also holds a degree in communications from Dodge City Community College. In addition, they have earned their SHRM-CP certification from the Society for Human Resource Management.
