Ismael Aguilar, MBA, is a seasoned engineering executive with extensive experience in the medical device industry. Currently serving as Vice President of Engineering at Edwards Lifesciences since October 2019, Ismael has previously held significant roles such as Executive Director of Manufacturing Engineering at Olympus Corporation of the Americas and Director of Operations at Combination Devices. At Teleflex Incorporated, Ismael achieved notable advancements as Program Director and Engineering Manager, focusing on global footprint optimization, cost reduction strategies, and lean principles implementation.
