Laksen Sirimanne

Laksen Sirimanne is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in research and development within the medical technology industry. Currently serving as Senior Vice President of Research Development at Edwards Lifesciences, Laksen has previously held key leadership positions at Orqis Medical and Vivant Medical Inc., including roles as Director of Research & Development and Vice President of Research And Development, respectively. Additionally, Laksen contributed to Conceptus as Director of Research Development and managed the Research Development section at Baxter Healthcare's Edwards LIS Division. Laksen holds a Master's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Columbia University and an MBA from Pepperdine Graziadio Business School.
