Manpreet Johal

Manpreet Johal has over 18 years of experience in business excellence and industrial engineering, currently serving as Senior Director Global Business Excellence Deployment Lead DS at Edwards Lifesciences since September 2016. Prior roles at Edwards Lifesciences include Senior Business Excellence Manager, Business Excellence Manager, and Principal Industrial Engineer. Before joining Edwards Lifesciences, Manpreet held the position of Site Process Excellence Leader at Johnson & Johnson from February 2013 to September 2016 and served as Lean Leader at B. Braun Medical from July 2007 to February 2013. Early career experience includes a role as Lean Manufacturing Engineer at Pentair from May 2005 to July 2007. Manpreet earned a Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering from Lamar University between 2003 and 2005.
