Richard Moss has experience working as a Principal Investigator / Senior Archaeologist at Edwards-Pitman Environmental, Inc. since 2012. In this role, they direct archaeological projects and has expertise in geophysical survey methods. Prior to this, Moss worked as a Staff Archaeologist at Georgia DNR Historic Preservation Division from 2010 to 2012, managing and conducting cultural resource review projects. Richard also served as a liaison between the DNR WRD Forestry Management Unit and HPD. Moss has also worked as an Archaeologist / Field Technician at Fernbank Museum of Natural History in 2010, and as a Field Technician / Archaeologist at Edwards-Pitman Environmental, Inc. from 2008 to 2009.
Richard Moss received a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Anthropology from The University of Georgia in 2007. Richard then completed a Master of Science (MS) degree in Archaeological Resource Management at the same university in 2010.
