Christopher Ruiz

Christopher Ruiz is a Mechanical Engineer with experience in the consumer and defense industries, currently employed at Edwards Safety since July 2022. Prior to this role, Christopher worked at Rapid Composites from July 2018 to July 2022, contributing to mechanical design and assisting other engineers in developing part drawings and 3D models. Previous experience includes leading a senior design project at Florida State University focused on designing a remotely operated portable tree harvester, alongside roles in the food service industry and an internship at Total Cranes Equipment and Parts, where responsibilities included designing a control system for inventory management. Christopher holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Florida State University, obtained in May 2018, and a high school diploma from Belen Jesuit Preparatory.
