Kaustubh Kale

Kaustubh Kale is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in systems engineering, particularly in cryogenics and refrigeration technologies. Currently serving as Team Lead for Systems Engineering at Edwards Vacuum since July 2018, Kaustubh leads teams in developing innovative product architectures and drives verification and validation activities for new product development. Previous roles include Senior Systems Engineer and Refrigeration Technology Engineer at Edwards Vacuum, where responsibilities encompassed system design, architecture, and technical leadership across multidisciplinary teams. Kaustubh's experience spans various engineering roles at Cincinnati Sub-Zero, Cummins Inc., and other organizations, showcasing expertise in thermodynamic design, experimental program supervision, and collaboration with industry associations. Kaustubh holds a Master’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Michigan Technological University and a Bachelor of Engineering from Marathwada Institute of Technology.
