Erin Wills

Erin Wills is an experienced instructional specialist and educator with a focus on data science and visualization, currently working at edX since May 2020. In this role, Erin has taught and developed a significant portion of the curriculum for the Data Science and Visualization certificate program, created a knowledge base for key procedures, and implemented a student tracking system. As an education and training specialist since September 2017, Erin has provided various engineering and education services. Prior roles include serving as a senior program administrator at Northwestern University, where Erin supported operations at the Chemistry of Life Processes Institute, and as a program/education administrator at the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, managing education programs related to power systems. Other relevant experience includes engineering positions at Cross Company and BASF, focusing on automation systems and chemical facility startups. Erin holds a certificate in data analytics and visualization from Northwestern University and multiple degrees in science education and chemical engineering.
