Mitchell Horan has a diverse work experience spanning over several decades. Mitchell started their career at Prudential Financial in 1990 as a Vice President, where they were responsible for regional sales and support activities for mutual fund investment products and employee benefit plan programs. Mitchell achieved significant growth in assets raised and earned top rankings in production of qualified plan assets and mutual fund and variable annuity assets sold.

Horan then joined TIAA in 2017 as Director of Institutional Solutions & Relationships. In this role, they contributed to building and maintaining relationships with institutional clients.
Most recently, Horan joined Edyoucore Sports & Entertainment in 2019 as the Director of Consulting Services. Mitchell is a charter member of this start-up initiative, educating and empowering professional athletes and entertainers through financial literacy. Mitchell oversees the development and delivery of personalized, consultative, and educational reports for clients. Mitchell manages a team of financial, accounting, and management experts and conducts one-on-one reviews and consulting sessions with clients.
