Mike Pierce

Mike Pierce is currently a Project Manager at Eng Flanders Group. Prior to that, they were a Team Lead - Residential Implementation at Yardi from September 2014 to October 2018.

As a Team Lead, they were responsible for onboarding new employees, conducting one on one Team Member Meetings, leading the daily morning scrum team meeting, handling client escalations, reviewing weekly team metrics, preparing monthly statistical reports, working on special projects, and HR responsibilities such as new hires, employee notices, and disciplinary actions.

Mike is experienced in overseeing implementations and ensuring that clients are satisfied with the results. Mike is a strong leader and motivator, which has helped him in their current role as Project Manager.

Mike Pierce holds a BA in English from California State University, Long Beach, and certifications from CompTIA in A+ and Security+.
