Nick Lane is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in service management and strategy within the telecommunications industry. Currently serving as Managing Director of Service for the BT Consumer division since April 2018, Nick is also the Managing Director of Customer Service at EE, a position held since July 2010, where responsibilities include overseeing service operations and contributing to overall service strategy at the board level. Previous roles include Director of Strategy & Planning at Orange and Director of Business Planning & Improvement at AOL Broadband. Nick holds a BSc in Physiology and German from De Montfort University, completed in 2000.
