Dan Hemme

Dan Hemme is a seasoned acoustician currently serving as a Sr. Acoustician at EEA Consulting Engineers since March 2024. With extensive experience as the owner/operator of The Bridge Mobile Audio Services since July 1999, Dan specializes in on-site audio recording for live performances and provides comprehensive live sound mixing services. Previous roles include working as an acoustician at BAi, LLC from November 2014 to March 2024 and as an acoustical consultant at Dickensheets Design Associates from January 2009 to November 2014, where collaboration with architects and engineers was key in designing sound-sensitive spaces. Dan also has experience in technical sound operations for the Austin Independent School District's Performing Arts Center and began a career in audio engineering at South Coast Recorders. Dan holds a Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering with a focus on acoustics and a Bachelor’s degree in Architectural Engineering from The University of Texas at Austin, along with an Associate degree in Music Recording from San Jacinto College.
