Kate Austen

Kate Austen is a seasoned legal professional currently serving as Legal Counsel at eEnergy since October 2023. Prior experience includes a decade at Howman Solicitors as a Consultant Solicitor, where Kate managed diverse caseloads covering Commercial, Property, and Civil matters, alongside providing specialized advice in the energy sector on significant projects such as a £12m Biogas Plant. Additional experience includes a Consultant Solicitor position at Labrums Solicitors LLP and a Litigation Assistant/Paralegal role at Ringrose Law, focusing on litigation, debt recovery, and Landlord and Tenant law. Kate holds a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) from the University of Huddersfield and a BVC in Law from The Manchester Metropolitan University.
