Chen Vovchenko has been working in the field since 2006. Chen began their career at Orange Israel as a Sales Region Contract Agent. In 2010, they joined DHL Express and held the roles of Customs Customer Service Trainer & Team Leader, Customs Customer Service Shift Manager, and Customs Customer Service Agent. In 2015, they moved to M.I.C.L Consulting & Logistics as a Sales & Back Office Referant. From 2016 to 2020, they worked at Dhl Express Israel as a Customer Service Manager. Most recently, they joined eezyimport as the Head of Customer Success.
Chen Vovchenko began their educational journey in 1997, when they attended The Charles E. Smith High School Of Arts in Jerusalem. Chen then continued their studies in 2012 at the Tel Aviv Chamber of Commerce Bussiness College, where they obtained a degree as a Customs official specializing in Import & Export regulation. Additionally, they obtained a certification in Customs Broker And Related Occupations from the Israeli customs.
