Anna Nerz

Anna Nerz has a diverse and extensive work experience. Anna is currently working as a Product Design Lead at EF Education First since 2022. Prior to this, Anna served as an Advisory Board Member and Creative Lead & Board Member at innohack from 2020 to 2022. Anna also worked at FREITAG as a UX Designer & Project Lead from 2020 to 2021, as a Service & Experience Designer from 2019 to 2020, and as a Category Manager from 2016 to 2019. Anna has also worked as a Cocktail Experience Designer at Cocktail Sharing Experience from 2019 to 2020. In addition, they have previous experience as a Product Designer at Inkorporate from 2015 to 2016 and as a Brand Manager and Product Designer at James UK from 2014 to 2015. Anna was also the Co-founder, Senior Product Designer, and Product Manager at Mugon from 2011 to 2014 and worked as an Industrial Designer and Product Manager at swissmade from 2009 to 2014. Anna started their career as an Industrial Designer and Researcher at code Thailand in 2008 and as an Industrial Design Intern at process-group in 2007.

Anna Nerz's education history includes a Master's Degree in Product Management from ZHAW School of Management and Law, which they obtained from 2011 to 2013. Prior to that, they completed a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Industrial and Product Design from the University of Applied Sciences Northwestern Switzerland, FHNW, from 2005 to 2008. In 2019, they attended Hyper Island for a User Experience Lab program, and in 2020, they completed the UX Professional Diploma by Glasgow Caledonian University through the UX Design Institute. Anna Nerz has also obtained certifications in Psychology of E-Commerce, User Experience, and Conducting Usability Testing from the Interaction Design Foundation in 2020.
